The Central Agency for Public Tenders in Kuwait has received four bids for the development of a wastewater plant in Al-Mutla’a. The plant will have the capacity to process 400,000 cubic meters of water per day. The scope of works also involves the construction of an electrical transmission station, treated water control and distribution system, and treated water control center, with a 40-kilometer line connecting to the Bird Sanctuary in South Al Mutlaa.
