The Provincial Government of Cavite (PGC) in the Philippines has announced that four firms have purchased bidding documents for the Sangley Point International Airport concession. These four firms are China Communications Construction Co. Ltd. (CCCC), Metro Pacific Investments Corp. (MPIC), Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions Inc. (PAGSS), and Mosveldtt Law Office.

After canceling the deal for the same concession, CCCC showed interest in the project. CCCC previously teamed up with MacroAsia Corp for the development of the airport, which won the contract but failed to meet the submission requirements for the joint venture agreement.
