The City of Troy in New York has received four bids for the development of One Monument Square, a mixed-use project that aims to build a public plaza, parking garage, an eight-story mixed-use building and potential restaurant/retail space. The work also consists of a parking garage will have a two-story structure at grade with Front Street and a grand staircase connecting plaza to Riverfront.

The bids will be evaluated by a six-member committee appointed by the City Mayor that includes city and Troy Local Development Corp. staff, community members, business representatives, and industry professionals.
