Régie des Bâtiments in Belgium has shortlisted four consortia for development of prison in Vresse-sur-Semois. The project is being procured on Design, Build, Finance, and Maintain (DBFM) model. The shortlisted consortia are :

The bidders shall submit their first project plan by the end of November 2021. The authority is expecting to award the concession by early 2023, and construction works are scheduled to begin in 2024.
