Six consortia have submitted final proposals:* Astaldi Concessioni SRL Agencia Chile , * Infraestructura de Salud Antofagasta (Claro Vicuña Valenzuela, Ovalle, Mena and ACS) * Consorcio Hospitalario Anto Andino (Constructora San Jose and Inversiones Hospitalarias), * Antofagasta Salud (Ferrovial and Meridiam), * FESSA (Fessa, Sigro, EllisDon and Fengate) and * Consorcio Salud Siglo XXI (Sacyr concesiones and SNC Lavalin)

Several companies are evaluating the tender to submit proposals: * Besalco, * Belfi, * Von Appen group * Agunsa * Azvi Economic proposals will be submitted in December, however, later this month, the state port anticipates receiving alternative proposals to the two reference projects
