Palm Beach State College, located in south-east Florida, USA, has extended the submission deadline for a Request for Information (RFI) regarding a public-private partnership (P3) for a new Student Services building on the university's Lake Worth Campus.
The RFI was published on 10 September, with responses due on 5 October. This has now been amended to 18 October. The university has not set a date for its decision of whether to proceed with the project.
Should a P3 be approved, a private partner will be sought to finance, design, build, operate and maintain an integrated facility for admissions, registration, payment, financial aid and advising, among other student services, as well as additional office space.
