Florida Atlantic University published Invitation to Negotiate for Marine Research Facility PPP project
Florida Atlantic University has launched Invitation to Negotiate to issue a sublease of land to a private party for the development of the Marine Testing research facility. The project will be located on University’s Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute campus in Florida. The development partner will be contracted under design, build, finance, operate, and maintain delivery model.
The awarded bidder is expected to collaborate with the University in research grants and contracts that leverage the infrastructure of the facility and overall campus. In addition, it is anticipated that the research faculty and staff of the University will be able to work in the newly constructed and designed Facility together with the awarded Proposer.
The deadline to submit the proposal is May 21, 2021.
