Flexstone Partners has announced the closing of its Global Opportunities IV fund, which raised US$790 million.
The final closing of the fund took place on March 31, 2023. Global Opportunities IV will follow the same proven investment selection strategy and process and plans to make 40 to 50 direct co-investments. The offer is backed by Flexstone Partners investors, including institutional investors such as insurance companies, pension funds, financial institutions, asset managers, funds and corporations, family offices and individuals. The new fund's investors span Asia, Europe and the US. More than 65 business proposals generated more than 40% of the fund's liabilities.
Global Opportunities IV is a fund managed by Investment Manager and Advisor Flexstone Partners. The fund is based in New York City and invests in the United States, Europe and Asia. The fund aims to invest in materials and resources, information technology, healthcare, financial services, consumer products and service, business and service sectors.
