Five companies have submitted their bids in response to RFQ issued by The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority for the Nashville airport hotel and parking PPP. The project includes design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of a hotel which will be attached to the new parking structure at Nashville Airport in Tennessee, USA. The mixed-use development project consists of a new parking structure will be funded, operated and maintained by MNAA, and the hotel development will be funded, operated, and maintained by the developer.
Five respondent companies are BNA Associates, Chartwell Hospitality, Fontainebleau Development, Matthews Southwest and MCR.
