The Government of Greece through the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has received five bids from companies for the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of the Kalamata - Rizomylos - Pylos - Methoni road project in southwest Peloponnese.

The EUR312 million (US$350.61 million) road project will have a total length of 50 km and a 30-years concession period. The first 4 years of the construction phase and the remaining 26 years of operation and maintenance. The repayment of the project will be made through availability payments.
