Countryside, the developer of the residential project, has announced that the construction of the first phase, known as Peel, is completed. The housing redevelopment scheme in Kilburn, UK, includes a total of three phases.
The Peel PPP project involves the construction of 38 homes for social rent owned by Home Group. Countryside has started the construction of the rest phases, which consist of 68 affordable homes, 96 private homes, a new medical center, affordable workspace, gym and shops. In addition, the public plaza will be developed in the middle of the residential complex and the South Kilburn community.
The first homes of phases 2 and 3 are expected to complete in summer 2023.
