Tages Capital SGR has announced the first closing of approximately EUR200 million (US$216 million) of Tages Helios III Fund.
Important institutional investors like insurance companies, pension funds, and banks make up the majority of Tages Helios Net Zero's initial closing subscribers. Infrastructure funds that invest in renewable energy and the energy transition as a whole can help investors attain consistent and non-correlated returns in a sector that is resilient to the state of the economy, has considerable growth rates, and helps to meet CO2 emission reduction goals.
The new fund aims to expand its investment portfolio beyond the renewable energy sources of the previous funds, Tages Helios and Tages Helios II, and include a diverse range of businesses that play a crucial role in achieving carbon neutrality (Net Zero), including biomethane, energy communities, batteries, and hydrogen.
