Sociedad Concesionaria Puente Industrial SA, an SPV responsible for the development of the Puente Industrial bridge over BioBio river, has signed a long-term financing agreement with Banco del Estado de Chile and Banco Security to support the financing for the project.

The agreement provides for financing a maximum amount of UF5.28 million (US$202.70 million), which will be used for the construction, VAT and guarantee certificates.

The concession involves the construction of a 2.5 km four-lane bridge, access roads and roads to connect the bridge to Ruta 160 highway. The total length of the road works scope is 6.5km.
