Financial plan approved for service stations PPP in New York

New York State Thruway Authority in the USA has approved Empire State Thruway Partner's financial plan for the conditional lease of the 27 motorway service areas across New York State Thruway. Empire State Thruway Partners is responsible for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the service stations with a concession period of 33 years.
