The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), announces that it received one financial offer from Inmo Invest for the development of the property "Koniavitis Thermal Spring & Camping" in Greece.
The property covers 557,727.12 sq m and consists of two areas A and B.
- Area A, spanning 520,515.75 sq m outside the urban planning zone, boasts a 1,200 m seafront. As per the approved Spatial Development Plan (ESCHADA) study, various tourism and leisure activities are permitted. These include tourist accommodations, specialized tourist infrastructure, facilities supporting the Thermal Springs, marinas, staff residences, shops, social welfare establishments, sports venues, cultural sites, religious locations, healthcare facilities, dining establishments, entertainment and recreation centers, parking areas, exhibition spaces, helipads, sewage treatment plants, and more.
- Area B, spanning 37,211.37 sq m outside the urban planning zone, encompasses the "Mylos Koniavitis" and officially recognized "Kallyntikon" thermal springs. It is designated for the development of thermal springs, with specific uses outlined in the Spatial Development Plan. These include facilities like personal hygiene areas, changing rooms, guardhouses, canteens, tanks, pumping stations, and outdoor parking.
According to the terms of the Tender, Area A is available for sale while Area B, where the thermal springs "Mylos Koniavitis" and "Kallyntikon" are located, will be developed with a 50-year long-term lease.
