Balfour Beatty has reached financial close on the 2nd phase of the University of Sussex’s West Slopes student accommodation project in Sussex, UK.
The project scheme consists of student accommodation having the capacity to house 2,000 students. The facilities will include a health and wellbeing center, supermarket, café, study space, library and open area of flexible green space. The University of Sussex's East Slopes student housing project, which is identical to the West Slopes plan in many ways, is also being carried out by Balfour Beatty.
QMPF is the financial Advisor and Pinsent Mason is the Legal advisor of the university. Whereas Balfour Beatty receives financial advice from Newbridge Advisors and Norton Rose Fulbright is the legal adviser.
