According to sources, financial close for Belgium’s Haren Prison Complex PPP is expected over coming weeks.
The Cafasso Consortium led by Denys NV, Macquarie Capital and Vialia Sociedad Gestora de Concesiones de infraestructuras SL (GlobalVia) was selected for the construction of the Haren prison PPP project in Belgium in 2013.
The selected partner will manage a DBFM (Design, Build, Finance, Maintain) contract that will last 25 years.
