The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust has achieved Financial close on a keyworker accommodation project in Truro, Cornwall, UK.

Staff at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust have faced challenges in securing affordable housing. Under a new scheme, landlords will offer reduced rent in exchange for lower fees. Investor Prime has partnered to supply keyworker housing near Royal Cornwall Hospital, planning to develop up to 89 new beds on Tresawls Road, conveniently located within walking distance of the hospital.
