Financial Close achieved for Indonesia's Cinere - Jagorawi toll road concession

PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BNI) and PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (PT SMI) have agreed to provide IDR2.6 trillion (US$181.71 million) long-term loan for the Cinere–Jagorawi Toll Road concession in Indonesia. The credit will be channeled to PT Translingkar Kita Jaya supporting National Strategic Project (PSN). The loan term will be 15 years.

BNI has committed IDR1.38 trillion (US$95.84 million) while SMI has committed IDR1.30 trillion (US$90.28 million) for the toll road concession. The project consists of the following sections: Cengkareng–Kunciran (15.2 km), Kunciran–Serpong (11.2 km), Serpong–Cinere (10.1 km), Cinere–Jagorawi (14.6 km), Cimanggis–Cibitung (25.4 km), Cibitung–Cilincing (33.9 km) and Tanjung Priok Access (12.1 km).

Construction works for the project are expected to start soon and will be completed within 1.5 years by the end of 2022. The toll road is expected to start operations in early 2023.
