Energy Impact Partners has announced the final close on Energy Impact Partners Fund II, its latest Flagship Fund.
The final close has over US$1 billion in capital commitments. The fund brings together strategic and financial investors across the utility, energy, real-estate, mobility and industrial sectors to accelerate progress towards net-zero GHG emissions. The fund aims to invest in venture and growth companies advancing critical climate solutions, leading the transition to a zero-carbon economy.
Some of the fund investors include Alliant Energy, Duke Energy, EDF Group, Enterprise Holdings, Microsoft, Evergy Inc., FirstEnergy and others.
