Vision Ridge Partners has closed its US$ 1.25 billion Sustainable Asset Fund III. The Fund held its final close just 4,5 months after starting fundraising. Fund III initially targeted US$ 1billion of commitments and drew interest beyond the US$ 1.25 billion hard cap.
The Fund’s institutional investor base includes leading consultants, endowments, foundations, family offices and public pensions. The main aim of the Fund is to make 8-12 investments with a core position size between US$ 75-175 million.
