Final close for Mezzanine Fund IV

Vantage Capital has announced the final close of its Mezzanine Fund IV.

Up to this point, Fund IV has made two investments: it gave Seaton Estates in South Africa early construction funding for residential development on the KwaZulu Natal coast, and it supported a well-known Egyptian private equity firm, Compass Capital, in its purchase of a portfolio of A-grade office buildings in Cairo. The mezzanine fund IV is proof that mid-sized African corporations are increasingly in need of flexible financing options.

The fund manager actively participates in setting strategic direction, creating strong governance frameworks, and helping its companies increase their positive social and environmental impact.
