Tiger Infrastructure Partners has announced the final close for its third flagship fund, Tiger Infrastructure Partners Fund III. The fund reached its hard cap with US$1.25 billion in equity capital commitments, exceeding the target of US$750 million.
The fund has attracted commitments from the existing institutional investors from its predecessor fund including public and private pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, endowments and foundations, family offices, private wealth platforms and other institutional investors. Threadmark Partners Limited acted as the global placement agent and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP acted as the legal advisor.
