Final close achieved for Tiger Infrastructure Partners Fund III

Tiger Infrastructure Partners has announced the final close for its third flagship fund, Tiger Infrastructure Partners Fund III. The fund reached its hard cap with US$1.25 billion in equity capital commitments, exceeding the target of US$750 million.

The fund has attracted commitments from the existing institutional investors from its predecessor fund including public and private pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, endowments and foundations, family offices, private wealth platforms and other institutional investors. Threadmark Partners Limited acted as the global placement agent and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP acted as the legal advisor.

Tiger Infrastructure Partners Fund III has already invested in five innovative portfolio companies:

  • Summit Carbon Solutions, carbon capture and sequestration project;
  • NorthLink Aviation, a developer and operator of critical air cargo infrastructure;
  • 11:11 Systems, a managed infrastructure solutions provider of cloud, connectivity and security;
  • Qwello, which develops and operates turnkey EV charging point infrastructure for local municipalities;
  • Forsa Energy, a flexible power generation developer and operator advancing the energy transition.
