Star America has announced the final close of its Star America Infrastructure Fund II.
The fund closed with US$700 million of capital commitments, exceeding its US$600 million target. Star America Infrastructure Fund II will focus its investments in North American greenfield infrastructure projects, covering transportation, social and environmental sectors.
M2O Private Fund Advisors LLC acted as Star America’s placement firm in the United States and Canada, and First Avenue Partners LLP and FAP USA, L.P. acted as Star America’s placement firms in all territories globally other than the United States and Canada.
