Fiji launches RFEOI for affordable housing PPP concession

The Government of Fiji has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking a private partner for the development of affordable housing units across the Central and Western regions of Fiji.

The selected private partner will be responsible for the development, financing and maintenance of approximately 3000 affordable housing units at six sites in the municipalities of Raiwaqa, Nepani, Wainibuku, Davuilevu, Tavakubu and Tavua. The authority has already developed supporting infrastructure such as access roads at all six sites.
