Fengate Private Equity (Fengate), a division of Fengate Asset Management, on behalf of the LiUNA Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada (LPFCEC), has announced the completion of an equity investment in Canadian environmental contractor Inflector Environmental Services (Inflector).
The purpose of Fengate's investment is to support the Inflector pipeline for M&A and organic growth opportunities. After the minority investment in Inflector, the majority stake in the company will remain, with key Inflector employees becoming shareholders.
Inflector is the environmental contractor in hazardous material remediation, abatement, and construction & demolition services, specializing in asbestos and lead abatement. The company's primary specialties lie in commercial, institutional and industrial projects across North America.
