Expressions of Interest Invited for covered practice facility at Cloverdale Athletic Park in Surrey

The City of Surrey has invited expressions of interest (EOI) and statements of qualifications for the design, construction, maintenance and operation of a Covered Practice Facility in the City parkland at Cloverdale Athletic Park in British Columbia, Canada.

The Respondents are responsible for delivering a comprehensive design for the entire project, encompassing various consultancy services such as structural, sports specialty, electrical, mechanical, civil, and landscape aspects. The facility's design must adhere to industry best practices and comply with the relevant BC Building Code, regulations, bylaws, and authorities requirements. If the Respondent's Submission involves a fabric-covered structure, they will bear the responsibility for addressing any complexities and associated costs that may arise due to this requirement. The facility has the potential to offer practice and training opportunities for various sports, including soccer, lacrosse, football, and softball. For covered practice facilities, the City's Community Athletic Parks are the most suitable locations.
