Flinders University in Australia has issued an EOI ( Expression of Interest) for student accommodation PPP project. Flinders University is located south of Melbourne. The project includes design, construction, finance and operation of new on-campus student accommodation in the Student Living Precinct within the context of the Flinders Village Master Plan development. The Flinders Village Master Plan’s proposed Student Living precinct, located east of the Village, is designed specifically to address this need and proposes student accommodation, as well as recreation, social and retail facilities.
