Everest acquired communications tower assets from PeakNet

Everest Infrastructure Partners, through EIP Holdings II LLC, has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of wireless communications tower assets from PT Holding Company LLC, PeakNet LLC and PeakNet Services LLC in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina and South Carolina, USA.

Tower assets represent premium locations in very high-growth markets, 98% of tenant rentals are from wireless broadband services and 98% of rentals come from investment-grade tenants. The acquisition of tower assets from PeakNet is Everest Infrastructure Partners' largest transaction. 

The transaction was completed in a short time. Media Capital Advisors, Inc. has entered as PeakNet's exclusive financial advisor.
