The Estwani Association for Crime Prevention and the Rehabilitation of Offenders (ESACRO) has launched a request for proposal (RFP) inviting private companies to participate in the development of a mixed-used facility under the public-private partnership (PPP) scheme. 

The proposed project site is Plot 1241 and 1418 Stanley Street, Trelawney Park, Manzini with only 6465 sq.m. be used for the proposed development. The envisioned PPP project is a Design, Build, Finance, and Operate (DBFO) model. 

The deadline for the submission of the proposal is on September 30, 2019.
