Aurora Infrastructure (Aurora) has announced that Equitix completed acquisition of Aurora.

Following the acquisition, Aurora will continue to offer network services to its industrial clients with a new owner and will provide long-term access to capital through Equitix. Aurora is an infrastructure company that owns, operates and maintains strategic electricity networks in the Nordics. The platform is owned by funds managed by InfraVia, Access Capital Partners and Pantheon. Aurora's current portfolio includes industrial electricity networks in Tornio and in Porvoo. Large industrial partners of the company's highly reliable electricity networks include Outokumpu, Neste, Borealis and Aga.
