Adani Road Transport, the project owner of NH-19 BOT toll road, has awarded the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract to Ashoka Buildcon for the NH-19 road section in West Bengal, India.
Ashoka Buildcon will be responsible for the execution of civil and associated works on the section from Pangarh to Palsit. The project involves improvements on a 67.75km long road, including widening the section to six-lane.
The estimated investment value for the whole project is INR20.20 billion (US$276.57 million), while the EPC contract value is INR15.67 billion (US$214.59 million). The concession period for the project is 20 years, including 2.5 years of construction.
