HG Infra Engineering has won a contract for the development of a 151.7 km six-lane section in the Ganga Expressway PPP project in Uttar Pradesh, India.
HG Infra Engineering will be responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction of the section. The contract was awarded by Adani Road Transport which previously won a contract to build three sections of the road.
The project has a total length of 595 Km and is being built in three sections with a total investment of INR360 billion (US$4.52 billion). The Ganga Expressway is contracted by the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority and is expected to be finished in 2024.
