EOIs launched for port operation PPP in Trinidad & Tobago

The Government of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago, operating through the Port Authority of Trinidad & Tobago (PATT), has launched a request for expression of interest (EOI) for a public-private partnership (PPP) Landlord model project for various ports in the country. Through this EOI the authority is inviting investors with experience in port investment, development and operation, shipping, logistics and cruise operation to propose business ideas, which will support participation with PATT, in any or all of the following areas:

  • The Cargo operations at the Port of Port-of-Spain (PPOS);
  • The Cargo and Cruise operations at the Port of Scarborough (POSCA);
  • Regional Cargo activities at CARICOM wharves;
  • Cruise shipping operations at PATT.
