TIB Development Bank Limited has launched a request for expressions of interest (RFEOI) to develop an office PPP project in the Central Business District (CBD) of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
The project involves the design, construction, and financing of the TIB Development Bank Limited Headquarters situated on Plots 223/50, 184/50, and 190/50 at the intersection of Ohio Street and Ghana Avenue in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The plan envisions the creation of a multifunctional complex comprising three towers that will serve as the headquarters for TIB Development Bank Limited, TIB Corporate Finance Limited, TIB Rasilimali Limited, and Tanzania Agriculture Development Bank.
Interested entities are expected to demonstrate their capacity, qualifications, staff, equipment, and relevant experience necessary to undertake the design, construction, and financing of this complex. Collaborations between firms, either through Joint Ventures or as Subcontractors, are welcome to augment their capabilities. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit costed tenders for the design, financing arrangement, and construction of the TIB complex within the Central Business District of Dar es Salaam.
