The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is seeking an engineering consultancy firm to support IFC and its government client in conducting feasibility studies, developing a preliminary design and technical specifications for the slurry pipeline system in Tunisia. The pipeline system is part of a green program for the phosphate sector.
The program includes:
- A slurry pipeline to transport phosphate from the mining basin to the washing plants;
- A 100,000 m3/day desalination plant; and
- A renewable energy plant.
The World Bank Group intends to finance the assignment/services. Expressions of Interest not exceeding 30 pages should be submitted, in English, electronically through WBGeProcure RFx Now by June 24, 2024. More information about the tender is available on our Business Opportunity page here.
