EOI launched for Town Centre PPP project in UK

Knowsley Council has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking a Development Management Partner to transform Huyton Town Centre and deliver a new mixed-use commercial district in Huyton, UK. 

The project has an opportunity to include a new Council headquarters, commercial office space, hotel and residential development set around a high-quality public realm. The selected partner will have demonstrable experience, track record and commitment to develop this project.  

The contract value is GBP128 million (US$175.73 million).
