The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. (HRADF) has launched a request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the development of the mega-yachts marina project in Corfu, Greece. The aim is to highlight assets with a strong local footprint and enhance tourism development and growth.
The marina is located within the Port of Corfu, to the west of the cruise pier, near the Passenger Terminal. It can serve 98 yachts up to 140 meters and has a land zone of 39,400 sq.m. The marina could cover a land area of approximately 100,000 sq.m. The selected private partner will construct, operate, manage, maintain and exploit the project with the concession period of 35 years.
The tender process will be conducted in two phases: a pre-qualification phase and a binding offer phase. The deadline to submit the interests is April 18, 2022. More information about this business opportunity can be found here.
