The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. has issued the Expressions of Interest (EOI) seeking interested parties for the concession of port operation services (berthing and other services) of the Marina of Itea in Greece.

The fund aims to attract suitable investors for Itea Marina and to achieve the optimal provision of services, operation and management of it of the asset. The main goal of the fund is to ensure its maximization net present value of the proceeds of the Concession to be paid by
concessionaire.
