The City of Armstrong has launched the Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify housing providers that are interested in providing design, construction and property management services for a new affordable housing project in the City of Armstrong, Canada.
The project's aim is to address the shortage of affordable housing to rent in the city area. Up to 80 units will be constructed, with the estimated rentable price varying from CAD800 for one-bedroom units to CAD1,000 for 2-bedroom units.
