Al Madinah Regional Municipality, in collaboration with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP), announces the launch of the Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Qualification (RFQ) phase for the Joint Development Project in Sikkah Al Hadid, Al Madinah Al Munawarah, Saudi Arabia.

The private sector will be fully responsible for designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining the mixed-use development including:

• A shopping mall including, fashion retailers, food and beverage outlets.
• Entertainment facilities.
• A medical facility accommodating approximately 200 inpatient beds.
• Outpatient clinics, multi-specialty services, and ancillary facilities.

The Contract type will be Build – Own – Operate – Transfer (BOOT) and the contract duration is 30 years. The deadline for submitting EOI and RFQ is from January 20, 2025, to March 2, 2025.
