EOI issued for Courthouse Complex PPP project In Saudi Arabia
State Properties General Authority (SPGA), in cooperation with the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP), has launched the Expression of Interest (EOI) phase for the courthouse complex in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
The selected partner will be responsible for the design, build, finance, maintenance and transfer of the Ministry of Justice Courthouse Complex. The project involves the construction of 7 law courts, 79 courtrooms, an administrative building encompassing judges' offices, administration staff offices, ancillary facilities, a parking building and a service building and maintaining the ancillary facilities including the facility management team's accommodation, a fire command center and technical rooms.
