New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), on behalf of the City of New York, has released a request for expressions of interest (RFEI) seeking responses from qualified parties interested in becoming an anchor tenant and establishing a life sciences center at SPARC Kips Bay in New York City, USA.

SPARC Kips Bay is set to incorporate a maximum of 1 million square feet dedicated to translational and commercial life sciences facilities. It will also house a Health and Hospitals (H+H) outpatient care and simulation training center, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME), three prominent City College of New York (CUNY) schools, and a specialized public high school focused on health and science.

The release of this EOI precedes the expected Developer Request for Proposals (RFP) anticipated to be issued in 2025. Interested parties must submit their responses electronically before August 6, 2024.
