Liberia's National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a consultant to provide detailed design and supervision services for the construction of fish landing infrastructure at Mesurado Pier in Monrovia.
The project encompasses erecting an industrial fish export terminal as well as an artisanal fish landing location at Mesurado Pier. This designated area will encompass post-harvest processing facilities, fish market structures, storage spaces for vessel equipment, repair workshops, restroom facilities, and a water supply system. The consultant will be responsible for conducting assessments, crafting engineering blueprints and tender documentation, as well as overseeing the implementation of the construction phase. The project is being supported with funding from the World Bank.
