Enstructure completed acquisition of Richardson Companies

Enstructure has announced that it has acquired Richardson Companies (Richardson).

Following the acquisition, Enstructure will operate 20 terminals along the Gulf Coast, East Coast, and Inland River System with over 5 million sq ft of industrial warehouse capacity. Richardson Companies is a group of privately-held corporations with primary operations in Port Houston, Texas and the Port of Mobile, Alabama. Enstructure's expansion into Port Houston cemented its position as an operator of bulk and breakbulk terminals in North America.
