ENGIE Energia Chile SA has received an environmental permit from the Environmental Assessment Service (SEA) for the extension of Sectioning Line 1×110 kW Arica – Pozo Almonte in Substation Dolores PPP project in the province of Tamarugal, Tarapacá region, Chile.
The project involves the extension of substations (S/E) Dolores by completing the division of the 1×110 kW line Arica - Pozo Almonte in the province of Tamarugal, Tarapacá region, Chile, which will create a section adjacent to the existing S/E. The US$3 million project contemplates a total area of approximately 2,230 m², distributed between permanent and temporary works, and is located in the commune of Huara.
