EllisDon has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets. The transaction is subject to the parties entering into a definitive purchase agreement which will contain customary closing conditions, including approval by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in the proceedings of Carillion Canada under the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada), and other applicable approvals and consents, and is expected to close in April 2018
