Občina Ig in Slovenia has awarded the Elderly and Day Care Center development project to real estate developer firm Lobium. The concessionaire will be responsible for the design, finance, build, operate and transfer of facilities in Municipality in Ig.
The total investment value for the project is EUR 13.14 million (US$ 15.48 million). The concession period for the project is 40 years.
