The District Board of Trustees for Palm Beach State College in Florida has received eight responses to the Request for Information (RFI) launched for a new student service building in its Lake Worth Campus.
The project will be developed using public-private partnership (PPP) model. The private partners will design, finance, build, operate, and maintain the project.
The facility will have a 'one-stop-shop'system for the Admissions, Registration, Payment, Financial Aid, and Advising, other student services needed, as well as supporting office space. The project could include:
