Eiffage completes 70% acquisition of SNEF Telecom

Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, has acquired 70% of SNEF Telecom capital, a SNEF group subsidiary, with its own resources in France.

The transaction provides an opportunity for Eiffage Énergie Systèmes to enter the mobile telecommunications market, which is growing due to the development of 5G technologies and will strengthen the subsidiary offer and experience for industrial and tertiary sector customers. 

SNEF Group operates in the fields of high- and low-voltage installations, industrial processes, HVAC and maintenance. The company operates mainly in the infrastructure, electric power, ICT, petrochemicals and oil & gas sectors. SNEF Telecom, the subsidiary of SNEF Group, offers various trades and technologies, from the design phase to maintenance, including infrastructure deployment, commissioning and activation of active equipment on fixed and mobile networks.
